  • 1 Mission Original Wrap

  • 1 small bag Baby Spinach

  • 1 Tomato

  • 5 small Mozzarella balls

  • 10g Parmesan, grated

  • 2 tsp Olive oil

  • Salt and pepper

  • Chilli flakes

  • 1 egg

  • Step 1

    Preheat your oven to 180 degrees on fan bake and place the wrap on a lightly oiled baking tray ready to top.

  • Step 2

    Blanch the spinach by putting it in a colander and pouring boiling water over it, then squeeze out the excess water.

  • Step 3

    Top the wrap with the parmesan, mozzarella, spinach and chopped tomato. Season with salt, pepper and chili flakes and drizzle with olive oil.

  • Step 4

    Cook in the oven at 180 degrees for 3 minutes, then remove, add the egg in the middle of your pizza and return to the oven and cook for 6 more minutes or until the egg is cooked.

  • Step 5

    Remove, slice and enjoy.
