Handful of fresh chopped mint leaves

Bake the fish until golden & crispy

Cook the peas then crush with the back of a fork or potato masher, and add the chopped mint leaves. Season well with salt & freshly ground black pepper.

Load peas and crunchy shredded iceberg lettuce with fish into your warmed tacos

Finish with a dollop of tartare sauce & a good squeeze of lemon
