Ingredients

1 Mission Simply Good Quinoa & Chia or Sourdough & Linseed wraps

1 tub of Houmous (any flavour you like)

1 pack falafel crumbled onto a baking tray & warmed in the oven until crispy
-
Coriander
-
Lime Juice
-
Red Chilli
-
A sprinkling of linseeds (if you have)
Instructions

Step 1
Generously smear Quinoa & Chia Wraps with your favourite creamy houmous.
Scatter over the warm falafel.

Step 2
Top with chopped fresh coriander, sliced red chilli & a squeeze of lime juice.

Step 3
Add an extra sprinkle of linseeds if you have any.

Roll up & devour!
