Ingredients & Instructions


  • 150g walnuts or pine nuts

  • 1 bunch of basil

  • 2 garlic cloves

  • 100g Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese

  • 50ml olive oil


  • Step 1

    Pre-heat the oven or use an airfyer at 200C.

  • Step 2

    Roast the nuts on an oven tray or in the airfryer for 5-10 minutes until slightly golden. 

  • Step 3

    Chop the basil and garlic, then add to a food processer with the roasted nuts and blend them together.

  • Step 4

    Add the olive and cheese blending for another 10 seconds.

  • Step 5

    Enjoy or store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
