Step 1
Smear Quinoa & Chia wrap with low-fat cream cheese (a vegan coconut yogurt tastes great too).

Step 2
Scatter over a generous handful of your favourite sliced fresh fruit & berries.

Drizzle a little honey over the fruit, if you like.

Add a few torn basil leaves for an interesting twist!
